Bart Larivière is Associate Professor of Marketing at KU Leuven (Belgium) and founder and research fellow at the Center for Service Intelligence (Ghent University, Belgium). His research focuses on the role of customers, employees and technology in service encounters. He is passionate about service marketing (e.g., customer loyalty, experience, satisfaction, engagement, value and complaint management), digital marketing (e.g., digital transformation, customer reactions towards AI and robotics, digital business models) and marketing modeling (e.g., data mining, Bayesian statistics).
