Bente De Bisschop
Bente is a Junior Associate at MTI2. With an interest in psychology and business, Bente is driven to understand the dynamics that fuel innovation and success within organizations. She is currently engaged in an exciting marketing project for Euromat. In addition, Bente also supports our remaining projects in areas where we need behavioral insights.
Bente is a very social and energetic person with a love for all kinds of sports. She always brings positive energy to the meetings and has a ‘let’s do it’ mentality.
Her background is in organizational and industrial psychology (master’s degree from Ghent University), and also pursued a second degree in business and management (Master’s in General Management at Vlerick Business School).
