As a Business Consultant at MTI², you’ll work closely with clients in technology, science, and engineering to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions that drive commercial impact. What would you do?

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions (including AI solutions).
• Co-create roadmaps to guide clients in achieving their business objectives.
• Assess the feasibility and scalability of client initiatives, conducting market validations and pilot programs as needed.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, addressing technical challenges and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders through engaging presentations and reports.
• Contribute thought leadership and insights to internal and external forums, showcasing the business value of innovation.

This is you:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Commercial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus around strategies and initiatives.
• Interest in AI and understanding its full impact.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
