dr. Dominique Neerinck

VP Innovation and Product Development EMEA at Aliaxis

With a Ph.D. in Physics, Dominique Neerinck has lead global R&D and Innovation at Aliaxis, Total Energies, and Bekaert. He drove numerous innovation innovation projects at Aliaxis since 2018 and originated the Think Big innovation process to generate transformational innovations. He managed to bring projects from idea to revenue generating products and services.

dr. Isabel Verniers

Partner at MTI²

Isabel has co-designed and led several award-winning innovation and upskilling processes across a diverse set of industries in companies such as Atlas Copco, Michelin or Dechra. Besides her consulting and mentoring work, Isabel is affiliated with the University of Ghent in the area of marketing, innovation, and organization.

Isabel has been a speaker and chair at several international conferences on the topic of change and innovation management.
