We are thrilled to invite you to our inspiration shot: Leading with customer-centric innovation. We will provide an interactive virtual setting for this session, bringing us together in our CX studio. As we are aiming for a friendly collaborative session, we are limiting participation to a small, intimate group of people. 
As an experienced public speaker, dr. Isabel Verniers aims to deliver inspiration to a variety of audiences. She strives to make every event an engaging experience, placing a large emphasis on delivering actionable content. 
Isabel will cover the following topics together with you:

  • The importance of nurturing the intrinsic motivation of your employees, and more explicitly the role of feedback in innovation initiatives.

BIO of dr. Isabel Verniers

 

Dr. Isabel Verniers is Senior Principal at MTI². She has co-designed and led several award-winning innovations and upskilling processes across a diverse set of industries such as pharmaceuticals and life sciences, automotive, chemicals, construction, engineering, … Specifically, Isabel co-designed and deployed processes for clients such as GSK, Atlas Copco, Aliaxis, Grünenthal, Michelin, Merck, Baxter, KLM, MAHLE, Novartis, SKF, SABIC, De Lijn and the University of Ghent. 
 

Isabel also delivers upskilling and coaching sessions for employees and innovators in these processes. Besides her consulting and mentoring work, Isabel is Visiting Professor at the University of Ghent in Belgium (her alma mater) in the area of marketing, innovation, and organization. Isabel has been a speaker and chair at several international conferences on the topic of change and innovation management.
