Inspiration shots: Creating, demonstrating, and extracting value

Nuno has more than a decade of experience in the study of behavioral and customer insights. Over the years, Nuno has delivered upskilling sessions and advised marketing and innovation teams across industries such as pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and automotive. He often serves as a mentor of innovation and corporate venture teams. Nuno is an associate professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
In this session, Nuno Camacho will discuss key insights from the last two decades of research in marketing focused on three key challenges faced by most brands:
• How to profitably create superior value for customers?
• How to demonstrate the value created to customers?
• How to maximize customers' willingness-to-pay and best extract value?
Nuno will keep the session intimate and interactive such that we can especially learn also from sharing each other's viewpoints and experiences. Thus, to ensure a friendly and interactive atmosphere, we will keep the session limited to a small group of participants on a "first registered, first accepted" basis.
