You will work as a consultant and strategist at MTI2, where your role is to support leading companies in developing their innovation potential with your inspirational insights from data and market research.
You will support innovation teams in validating their assumptions about new ideas and exploring their market potential. You can have the opportunity to coach a mixture of teams of employees. At MTI², we work across all industries, making your work very diverse and there’s room for growth.
You have a crucial role in bridging technical expertise of market researchers with the operational expertise of innovators. You tell our clients the story behind the data, exploring with them how ideas can create business/societal value. You will be the go-to person for our clients when having questions about market validation, and will aim to grow our business in this area.
As an innovative company ourselves, we expect you to remain up-to-date with new methodologies and tools in data science and market research. If you’re unable to master the new technique yourself, you look out for the right partners to help our clients move forward.
What can I expect from my internship?
Here are some possible tasks that could be part of your range of tasks during your internship:
Research into the latest methodologies in the field of innovation and marketing strategy
Research into the needs and requirements of companies in the field of innovation and marketing
Mapping the offline and online training possibilities of companies in the field of marketing and innovation
Elaboration of a differentiating positioning and value proposition
Developing a communication strategy for our company on all of our online platforms
Optimizing our internal and external communication
Developing a (digital) marketing strategy
Making ROI analyses for marketing campaigns
What are we looking for?
have a master or PhD-level degree in a relevant domain (economics, business, engineering, …)
share our passion for innovation, marketing, strategy, and scientific/technological breakthroughs
have at least 2 years of relevant experience in innovation or market research within a company setting or scientific role in a business field
have strong expertise in market research methodologies
love to work on a variety of assignments
you are digitally savvy
have a hands-on mentality and love to learn-by-doing: you have a real ‘I can get it done’ mentality and want to help to grow are business
are committed to helping our clients excel in innovation by inspiring them with your storytelling skills around data
are able to present data in a clear and comprehensible way, by making and delivering inspirational presentations
are fluent in English, Dutch is considered a plus
