About Stefan

Prof. dr. Stefan Stremersch is a renowned marketing and innovation expert, researcher, speaker, and entrepreneur. Recognized as a leading academic and advisor, Stefan has published award-winning research in top marketing journals and worked with industry leading companies worldwide. He has also turned his passion for writing into books. His first book How Winners Make Choices” made it into the top 10 best selling management books that year. His latest book, “The Talent Advantage”, will be launched Fall 2025 and he will be doing exclusive talks prior to the official launch.

His entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of MTI² (The Marketing Technology and Innovation Institute), a consultancy & training agency that empowers companies to strengthen their commercial and innovation capabilities. Stefan has worked with global organizations such as Merck, Siemens, GSK, KLM, Novartis, Michelin, and many more delivering executive education and actionable strategies that drive impact.

Stefan holds the Desiderius Erasmus Distinguished Chair of Economics and the Chair of Marketing at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has taught at leading institutions like IESE Business School and Duke University, specializing in marketing strategy, innovation, and new product commercialization. Currently, he uses this experience in his talks as a keynote speaker for the Innovation Roundtable, the leading network exclusively for corporate innovation executives.
