Dechra – Approved Science-Based Targets
Dechra is a global leader in veterinary pharmaceuticals. We are proud to work with a company so committed to the environment. It’s great to see their science-based targets (SBTs) have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), meaning they are aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement to limit global warming.
Dechra’s near-term targets include a 42% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and a 51.6% reduction in Scope 3 GHG emissions by 2030. They also plan to submit long-term targets aiming for at least a 90% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
