The Jane Event: Our MTI² In-Company Programs

We have recently embarked on an exciting new journey by expanding our in-company programs. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to partner with many leading companies and to successfully coach hundreds of innovation and marketing teams. Through this collaboration and our background, we have developed unique competences that help us develop talented employees. The launch of a new set of signature workshops and management development programs will help our clients and prospects develop their talent and solve strategic marketing and innovation challenges. For example, we combine interactive simulations, the case method and action-based approaches to go beyond knowledge delivery and truly activate an action-oriented mindset among participants. Examples of topics we are now offering to clients include recent trends in marketing (e.g. Value-Based Pricing, Digital & Social Marketing, Big Data) and in innovation (Business Model Innovation, Business Case Acceleration, and Commercializing Innovation).

We recognize that different companies have different talent pools and face different challenges. For this precise reason, more and more companies are trying to design their own internal management development programs. This is where MTI²'s experience can be extremely valuable, enabling us to help clients set up their academies, to ensure continuous development of their talent. We are deep believers in the power of diversity in a learning environment. Thus, we often promote cross-fertilization by stimulating sharing of knowledge and collaboration across divisions.

To officially launch our new services and learn more about clients’ needs, we organized an inspiring networking event at 2 Michelin Star Restaurant The Jane in Antwerp. We were delighted to welcome participants from a variety of companies such as AbbVie, VRT, Eandis, Lotus Bakeries, MSD, Bekaert, Agfa Gevaert, Merck, IBA Group, Colruyt Group, … to the event. During the event, Stefan Stremersch also shared insights into our Inspire-Diverge-Converge methodology for our programs, as also described in his latest book “How Winners Make Choices”.

You can discover more information about our programs here: Marketing and Innovation Academies.

Looking forward to hearing more about your specific needs.
