Sales Development Specialist

MTI² specialises in helping companies achieve their innovation and sales goals. Our esteemed clients include GSK, Atlas Copco, Siemens Energy, Dechra Animal Health, Grünenthal, …  We’re expanding our team and looking for a high-performing salesperson to focus on lead generation and business development in the B2B sector.

 

Your Role

Are you passionate about connecting with businesses and driving revenue growth? As a Sales Development Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to identify and engage with new clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation using multiple channels
  • Identifying key decision-makers in target companies & industries.
  • Qualifying potential clients and setting up sales opportunities for the team.
  • Collaborating with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
  • Using CRM tools to track progress and update sales pipelines.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, life sciences, … .
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
  • A passion for business development and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
