Bart Larivi\u00e8re is a fellow of MTI\u00b2\u2019s Academic Creativity Labs. His expertise includes customer satisfaction, customer loyalty<\/strong> and customer engagement<\/strong> in disrupted service encounters, caused by new technologies such as robotics, IoT, and the metaverse.<\/p>

Bart is Professor of Marketing<\/strong> at the Leuven campus of KU Leuven, and founder and research fellow at the Center for Service Intelligence at Ghent University<\/strong>. He teaches introduction to marketing, digital marketing, and marketing analytics courses. His research focusses on understanding customers in service encounters, and he has won different awards.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n \t\t

Bart obtained his PhD in Marketing Analytics at Ghent University (in 2005), in which he examined the customer behavior of a large European financial service provider.
